"Within 5 days of initially meeting with Julie she had professional photos taken, put the house on the market and held an open house. We had an offer come in within the first week but we felt it was low. Julie was amazing at negotiating to get the buyers up ($40K) to a price we were very happy with. We had a 30 day escrow and a very difficult agent who was representing the buyers, Julie took the lead with every hurdle along the way and basically carried the load of the sale on her own.
